In this video I thought I’d share a suggestion on how I overcome insecurities and found freedom through a positive relationship with my features and who I am. We are swamped with so much self esteem advice, so I thought I’d offer something different and instead consider how can we be beautiful forever instead? What is true beauty, and is it perhaps a far different truth unrelated to our appearance.
